LONDON, 26 April, 2023 – Goji, an FCA regulated, UK-based technology provider that offers investors digital access to alternative investments, today named Clémence Chorlay as the company’s new Operations Director.
Based in London, Chorlay joins the team with nearly a decade of operations experience, having served most recently as the Fund Operations Manager at Moonfare, a digital investment platform for private equity. She also formerly worked at Euroclear – one of the world’s largest providers of domestic and cross-border settlement services – which acquired Goji in December 2022.
In her role as Operations Director, Chorlay will play a key role in formulating the Operations team’s strategy, as well as overseeing its implementation. She will also ensure the team’s design and structure is optimised as Goji continues to scale. Goji’s operations team is responsible for all operational processes within Goji itself as well as all engagements it undertakes for clients, including onboarding, project management, process design and execution, customer engagement and customer services.
“We’re excited to welcome Clémence to our team to spearhead the development of our operations capabilities as we accelerate our global expansion and grow our client base,” said David Genn, Chief Executive Officer at Goji. “As well as bringing a strong background in operations to the role, Clémence’s nearly eight years of experience with Euroclear will be invaluable as we continue with our integration. She is the perfect person to support the next phase of our growth and we are delighted to welcome her back as part of the Euroclear family.”
The appointment comes as Goji experiences significant increased demand for its services. In response, the company is actively recruiting across all business lines – including commercial, finance, operations and engineering – and have recently moved to a new office in Aldgate, London, to accommodate its growing team.
