All our platform functionality is made available via our RESTful API. We provide composable modules of functionality that allow you to make use of our services in the way that best suits your exiting infrastructure.

Our white label web platform allows you to quickly launch to both direct retail investors and those introduced via a financial intermediary e.g. private bank/wealth manager/IFA. The site is customised to your branding and is hosted on your domain. All emails are sent from your domain and use customised templates.

Security is baked into the heart of the Goji platform. All Goji services run in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) that cannot be directly accessed from the internet. Only authorised Goji staff can access running servers. All internet traffic to the platform is routed through an AWS firewall which actively monitors traffic for malicious activity and can block access to potential threat actors. We conduct annual external penetration tests to verify the security of the infrastructure.

We make use of the inherent scalability of cloud based infrastructure. The Goji platform is designed to scale with customer volume and demand. Our microservice oriented architecture means we can easily horizontally scale to match load by increasing the number of running instances.

The Goji platform is hosted in the Ireland AWS region with a backup in Germany. All incoming connections from the internet are encrypted over HTTPS. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted (AES-256). Access to the database is not possible directly from the internet. Access to internal Goji systems is restricted to authorised Goji personnel.

We aim to make it as easy as possible to integrate with our services by providing intuitive API documentation, access to a sandbox environment and dedicated technical support.

Our sandbox environment is a complete copy of our production environment enabling you to build and test your integration. Test integrations are provided to our KYC and payments providers enabling you to test the full investment journey.

Our architecture provides for multiple levels of fail over for both our applications and database. All applications run multiple instances across separate physical locations (AWS Availability Zones (AZ)) and the database hot replicates across two AZs with an asynchronous backup in a third.
